Nadia Stevens is a native Montrealer, bodyworker, herbalist, and community organizer. On any given day, she calls upon her 20 years of study in acupressure, qi gong, Chinese medicine, herbs, food, and Ayurveda to support others in self-discovery and healing. She believes that each individual is responsible for their own health and that wholeness and healing ultimately come through awareness of oneself and our relationships with ourselves, others, and nature. She sees clients in private consultation and gives workshops on food, acupressure, and self-awareness in Montreal and abroad. Her biggest joy comes from connecting people, with themselves and with each other.  She holds huge gratitude for being one of the founding members of the Montreal Healing Arts Community and Yoga Community Montreal/Yoga Festival Montreal.

She is a graduate of the Canadian Acupressure College in Victoria, BC (2000) and a member of the Fédération québécoise des massothérapeutes (FQM).  Insurance receipts for massage therapy are provided.
