What do you notice?

Sometimes the simple of act of being still, open eyed, aware of ourselves and our surroundings without attempting to alter anything can be a deeply profound experience.

Body awareness in full consciousness and in stillness are tools that you will explore and practice in your sessions with me and carry out into your everyday lives.

Focused sessions and small group workshops are available to enhance awareness of yourself in this world.  We use tools drawn from qi gong, various breathing and meditation techniques, body centered psychotherapy and craniosacral biodynamics.

Groups are limited to 4 people.
