Sustainable: able to be maintained at a certain rate or level.

From the Latin sustinere, to support, to uphold from below, to prolong

Sustainability could be the new-cool-catchy-hip word of the future.  Some would say it already is.  For me, the idea of sustainability has always been important, even before I knew its’ name.  I always want things that are of durable quality that will endure as time passes.   This serves me best and so, it seems, does it serve the environment.

To me it’s the same with health,  I want to impart things that last.  It may seem strange but I  really do not want folks to have to come to see me  for sessions week after week.

For me sustainable healing is about self knowledge.  Learn what you need to sustain yourself.
