The Eight Silken Movements
This simple series of qi gong movements recharges all the inner organs, purifies the psychic channels and organ Meridians. It improves flexibility, resiliency and increases blood circulation to all body parts.
The focus of this workshop is on breathing & simplicity to maintain health & vitality. The 8 Silken Movements can be adapted to many physical limitations.
We learn about the 5 Elements and focus on the meridian, health and 5 Element associations for each exercise.
This is the most simple, balancing series of movements & breathing exercises, which you can take home with you and easily incorporate into your daily life.
